Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, please send an email to info@apcv.net .

Refund policy:

1. Before 15 May 2011, 75% refund (minus any bank charges applicable) will be credited back to your credit card account within four weeks after the conference.

2. After 15 May 2011, no refund is applicable.

Student travel grant

A limited number of travel grants are available for students presenting their work in the meeting. If you wish to apply for the travel grant, you are required to submit two reference letters to travelaward@apcv.net as you submit the abstract .

Banquet

A banquet event will be held on 16 July, 2011.

Banquet costs: HK$450 per person

Reservation and payment can be made via the online meeting system .
Reservation for additional guests should be directed to banquet@apcv.net .
